Vincent has vast experience at the top-level M&A and IPO deals throughout Asia and has been a China specialist for equity deals since 2000. Before joining ICH in 2000, Vincent was Associate Director at UBS Warburg in Hong Kong and Singapore where he had responsibility for investment banking activities for Transport, Leisure and Hotels in Asia.

Alvin has 7 years of experiences in direct investment, corporate development and investment banking. He began his career in Corporate Advisory with Nikko Merchant Bank in Singapore, and subsequently, moved to a Hong Kong based Corporate Finance house where he was part of the team which was involved in the bidding for an Indonesian Bank under IBRA restructuring program.
